Last time I was around I confessed my addiction to Game of Thrones which you will be pleased to know has finally calmed down, not from my own doing – but one episode a week is just not enough Sky Atlantic and now I have to wait a WHOLE YEAR! I need more Khaleesi!
So as you may have guessed I love Khaleesi she’s my new power idol she’s throwing sass about all over the place and I love it. So to keep my addiction at bay I have taken to following the lovely Emilia Clarke on Instagram. I am a huge fan of Instagram and I swipe through the feeds every time I have a spare moment. Instagram is such a HUGE place and there are so many accounts to look at and you can get lost in the storm and a little bogged down by some of the spam you see and the utter garbage that crops up. When i’m looking for motivation I want to see real people doing their thing not Vine compilation of the best ass workouts of some random in the states. That could be a fake ass for all I know.
So to bring a little calm I have set up notifications for my favourites and I wanted share with you my Top 3 #Instagrammers that are helping keep me motivated and sane during my healthy transition.
Unless you have been hiding under a rock I doubt you won’t know who Alice is. She’s recently hit the press with her latest book The Body Bible. But my love for her isn’t because of the book don’t get me wrong I bought it as soon as it hit the shelves in Manchester but because once upon a time Alice was also a little unhealthy. She doesn’t push this across her channels like some do her amazing food takes up the majority of her feeds but occasionally a #throwback will appear of Alice back in the day a lot plumper than she is now she is now and instantly it pushes me. If Alice can do it, I can do it.
I came across Zanna after discovering http://www.girlgains.co.uk on my quest to healthiness. She’s so lovely and works like a trooper. I added her to snapchat to continue my stalking behaviour where she gives updates on her day, training what she’s eating and just general chit chat. I love her honesty and hard work attitude, some days she’s arriving home early hours of the morning and then is up at the crack of dawn to train a client or to catch a train on some amazing adventure. She’s also ridiculously cute she laughs at herself and her quirky ways which is so refreshing too many people take themselves far too seriously these days.
The lovely Kelsey Wells was one of the first blogs I read about Kayla’s Bikini Body guide that actually motivated me to give it a go and not be such a nerd at the gym. Reading her story, I was pushed to stop shying away from exercise I hadn’t done before and to stop being so nervous about trying new things. Kelsey was a new mother when she began her journey and chats about how exercise helped her overcome her anxiety after suffering the baby blues. Getting in shape wasn’t always about body image for me it was about how I felt on the inside too. Reading her journey really pushed me to start using exercise as a way to beat my own anxiety.
I’m always interested in new account and hearing about your favorite people.
So please let me know of anyone I am missing out on.
Also don’t forget to come say Hi to me! alexzandraworthington
